It requires a leader that can staff, develop, and drive a team of both engineers and designers to accomplish program work. This individual will also apply mechanical engineering principles to design and maintain the company's FOS product lines during new product design, development, and sustain production across a multidisciplinary team. This individual must be able to work within established design guidelines to ensure products meet or exceed customer and industry specifications.
