We manage facility maintenance for offices, medical centers, schools, and industrial properties that require ongoing daytime support to maintain cleanliness, safety, and presentation throughout business hours. This is a recurring, daytime service opportunity ideal for contractors who value consistent schedules, stable income, and long-term client relationships.
