Responsibilities Provide legal and administrative support to Senior Legal Counsel Assist in reviewing and responding to commercial claims Prepare basic transactional documents under supervision of Senior Counsel Conduct in-depth legal research and analyze law sources Collaborate with sales staff to review and revise contracts Prepare and file regulatory paperwork Assist attorneys with litigation management activities Manage service of process and litigation hold processes Respond to subpoenas and requests for records Requirements Education: High School Diploma (accredited) or GED (accredited) Experience: Four (4) years of relevant work experience (in addition to education requirements) A.B.A. Approved Paralegal Certificate preferred Must possess a strong working knowledge with Microsoft office products Ideal candidate must have strong oral and written communication skills Highly detail oriented Experience with case or matter management systems and reporting tools #J-18808-Ljbffr Jobtailor
