Group Facilitator - Substance Use Recovery & Education

Discovery Transitions Outpatient

Discovery Transitions Outpatient is seeking a compassionate Group Facilitator to lead psychoeducational and process groups for clients in outpatient substance use treatment. You will foster a safe, professional environment, encourage participation, and support recovery growth in PHP/IOP programs. Responsibilities include documenting participation in EMR, collaborating with staff, and maintaining confidentiality per HIPAA guidelines.
