Client Success Manager

We are seeking a Client Success professional to work with Wall Street Journal Barron’s Group advertising and events clients to ensure smooth and successful execution of our multifaceted programs. About the Role The Client Success Group is a post‑sales team that partners with sales and execution teams. The role serves as the single point of contact for clients during build and launch phases of large, multifaceted advertising programs. You Will Serve as the single point of contact for clients during build and launch phases, proactively managing complex scenarios and escalating challenges when needed. Work with leadership to develop skills, aiming to independently support complex clients and programs over time. Build and maintain strong, long‑lasting client relationships throughout post‑sale projects, representing the sales lead and organization at every touchpoint. Launch all contracted deliverables across WSJ BG’s product suite (custom content, live journalism, research, custom ad units, social, newsletters, podcasts, editorial sponsorships, and more). Coordinate with internal stakeholders to ensure delivery of program elements, leveraging experts to guide clients and ensuring milestones are met. Communicate client scheduling, agendas, and recaps, including recommendations and next steps. Act as a product ambassador by developing a comprehensive understanding of advertising and event products and application to client strategies. Use the project management system to coordinate timelines and internal/external dependencies, communicating status to stakeholders. Assess and coordinate project health and margin for post‑sale programs. Uphold brand integrity and reputation. You Have 3+ years of relevant experience. Understanding of media performance metrics and custom brand research studies. Solution‑oriented mindset with continuous efficiency improvement. Experience navigating complex matrix organizations.
