The role offers the opportunity to expand responsibilities as the business evolves and requires a candidate with a strong background in business development or sales, a deep understanding of the wealth management industry, and a track record of success in a similar role. Applicants for the Chief Growth Officer position at the company should have a background in the wealth management industry, with a preference for those with experience in the RIA or private wealth ecosystem. The role demands a candidate with a proven ability to coach, mentor, or lead others, as well as strong analytical and financial acumen.
