Registered Respiratory Therapist (RRT-NICU)

We are currently seeking a skilled Registered Respiratory Therapist (RRT) with NICU experience to join our dedicated team for a contract position. This role requires a commitment to quality patient care and collaboration within a fast-paced environment.

Position Details

The selected candidate will work in a unit that operates on a self-scheduling model. While the manager will strive to accommodate preferences, a desired schedule cannot be guaranteed.

Contract Length

• 13 weeks or 26 weeks
• September start dates available

Shift Information

• Day shifts: 3x12 hours (07:00 - 19:00)
• 36 or 48 hours available each week

Schedule Requirements

• Must work every other weekend
• Must work every other holiday
• Required to work 2 out of the 3 winter holidays

Qualifications

• Must have Level 4 NICU experience
• Cardiac PICU experience preferred
• Certifications: RRT, BLS, and NRP required
• ACCS certification preferred
• State license must be obtained; candidates with a VA license pending are eligible provided they can secure a temporary license before starting
