Contract | Night Shift | 7:00 PM – 7:30 AM

Key Responsibilities

• Assess, treat, and monitor patients with respiratory conditions and cardiopulmonary disorders
• Administer respiratory therapies including oxygen therapy, aerosol treatments, and mechanical ventilation
• Perform diagnostic procedures such as pulmonary function tests and arterial blood gas analysis
• Collaborate with the interdisciplinary care team to develop and adjust patient treatment plans
• Document patient assessments, interventions, and responses to treatment accurately and in a timely manner

Required Qualifications

• Active Respiratory Therapist license in the state of Connecticut
• Registered Respiratory Therapist (RRT) credential from the NBRC
• Current BLS certification
• Experience with mechanical ventilation and critical care respiratory support

Preferred Experience / Skills

• Experience in an acute care or hospital setting
• Familiarity with a variety of ventilator platforms and respiratory equipment
• Strong critical thinking and communication skills in a fast-paced environment
