Position Overview

PKH Enterprises is seeking an experienced Senior Program Manager to lead a cybersecurity assessment and engineering program supporting High Value Assets (HVAs) for a federal agency. The successful candidate will oversee program execution, manage contract performance, serve as the primary customer interface, and ensure successful delivery of cybersecurity assessment activities including Risk and Vulnerability Assessments (RVA), Security Architecture Reviews (SAR), and Systems Security Engineering (SSE).

Key Responsibilities

• Provide overall leadership, management, and oversight of contract performance.
• Serve as the primary point of contact with Government stakeholders.
• Lead project planning, execution, reporting, and delivery activities.
• Monitor performance, schedule, staffing, and risk management.
• Coordinate activities across technical teams and subcontractors.
• Ensure compliance with federal cybersecurity requirements, contract deliverables, and service level expectations.
• Support transition planning, workforce management, and customer communications.

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Business Management, Cybersecurity, or related field.
• Minimum 8 years of experience managing federal IT programs.
• Demonstrated experience supporting cybersecurity, IT operations, or information assurance programs.
• Experience managing teams supporting federal civilian or DoD customers.
• Strong knowledge of NIST, FISMA, and federal cybersecurity frameworks.
• Active Secret Clearance.

Desired Qualifications

• PMP Certification.
• CISSP.
• ITIL Certification.
• Experience supporting High Value Asset (HVA) assessments.
