Position Description Zaxby's is hiring Grill/Fry Cooks for their Ormond Beach location. As a Grill/Fry Cook, you will assist with all food preparation so that food meets or exceeds service standards. You will be trained through an extensive training program. Essential Job Functions Ensure food is handled according to safety regulations and guidelines. Safely operate food preparation and cooking equipment such as grill press, flat top grill, and fryers. Maintain product levels in assigned stations to be prepared for immediate needs. Prepare and cook food items according to company standards. Keep work areas clean and organized. Hold and store food items following food safety guidelines. Clean and organize storage areas. Complete all tasks with a sense of urgency and in a timely manner. Work safely and follow all safety guidelines and procedures. Perform other duties as assigned. Benefits Employee discounts.
