Benefits: * Mileage Reimbursement for clinical / administrative positions * Weekly Pay * Free Training * Part of a team with RN Oversight * 13 week performance bonus * Employee referral bonus * OnCall bonus * Home Health shifts available * Travel time reimbursement * Flexible schedule * Weekend and evening opportunities, in-home and facility based * Holidays &On call Pay Requirements: * Make boots on the ground visits to healthcare businesses, (i.e. clinics and eldercare facilities) to present our services and generate business. * Build and maintain strong relationships with prospects and key decision-makers through regular follow-ups and effective communication. * Stay up to date with industry trends, market conditions, and competitors to identify new opportunities and provide insights to the team. * Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of leads, activities, and customer interactions in the CRM system. * Unencumbered license as a Practical Nurse in the state that care is being provide * One (1) year of nursing experience required; three (3) years preferred in Sales * Certified CPR and negative TB skin test or chest x-ray * Licensed driver with valid automobile insurance * Must be able to pass Drug Test * Must have a clean Background Check * Must be available on weekends and alternate on call. * Home Health Care experience a plus. * Strong clinical skills. * Self-directing with the ability to work with little direct supervision. * Ability to read, write, speak and understand English and communicate effectively. * Must be able to stand walk, squat, bend, kneel, reach, twist, push and pull.
