We are looking for a motivated and customer focused Service Technician to join our team, providing installation, maintenance, repair, and technical support for industry leading dental equipment. About the Role As a Service Technician, you will be responsible for installing, maintaining, troubleshooting, and repairing a broad range of dental equipment, ensuring all work is completed safely, professionally, and in line with manufacturer specifications. You will partner with customers to understand their needs, provide technical guidance, and build trusted relationships through your expertise, communication, and commitment to service excellence. Key responsibilities Installing, servicing, troubleshooting, and repairing dental equipment Responding to customer service requests and technical callouts Delivering exceptional customer service and support on-site Identifying and resolving technical issues efficiently and safely Building strong relationships with customers and acting as a trusted technical expert Collaborating with colleagues and cross-functional teams to improve customer outcomes Maintaining compliance with regulatory and safety requirements Contributing to knowledge sharing, training, and continuous improvement initiatives What we are looking for A technically capable professional who enjoys working independently while being part of a supportive, high performing team. Valid Restricted Electrical Licence (desired) Experience working in a technical field service environment, such as medical devices, technology, HVAC, or similar equipment based industries (essential) Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills Excellent communication and customer relationship-building abilities Valid Driver's Licence (essential) Strong focus on safety, quality, and customer satisfaction Dental industry experience Electrical or Electronic qualifications (desired) Experience working with CRM or service management systems You will thrive in this position if you are Customer focused and passionate about delivering exceptional service A proactive problem solver who enjoys technical challenges An effective communicator with strong active listening skills Collaborative and supportive of your teammates Professionally presented and committed to quality workmanship Organised, reliable, and able to work autonomously Eager to learn and continuously develop your technical expertise Why Join Us?
