Business Technology Enablement Analyst

Our client, a leading organization in the financial services industry, is seeking a Business Technology Enablement Analyst to join their team. As a Business Technology Enablement Analyst, you will be part of the Global Investment Operations (GIO) supporting cross-functional teams. The ideal candidate will have strong analytical skills, excellent communication abilities, and a proactive mindset, which will align successfully in the organization. Job Title: Business Technology Enablement Analyst Location: Owings Mills, MD OR Baltimore MD Pay Range: $63 - $67 W2 What's the Job? Maintain and enhance GIO metrics, dashboards, and reporting solutions using Power BI and related tools. Partner with stakeholders to define reporting requirements, establish metric standards, and deliver meaningful operational insights. Gather and document business requirements, translating them into reporting, workflow, and automation solutions. Develop, test, and support Power Automate workflows and related process improvement initiatives. Develop and deliver training, documentation, and support materials for Power BI, Power Automate, and other approved technology solutions. What's Needed? Proficiency with Power BI and data visualization tools. Experience with Microsoft Power Platform, including Power Automate. Strong analytical, problem-solving, and requirements-gathering skills. Ability to document business requirements and translate them into reporting or automation solutions. Experience developing and delivering training, documentation, and user support materials.
