AI Systems Engineer

Responsibilities Work directly with founders to design and build the AI systems behind these products, including: Multi-step reasoning and decision workflows Agent-based architectures Feedback loops for evaluation and continuous improvement This is a backend / systems-focused role with significant ownership over architecture and direction. Requirements Experience building AI/ML or LLM-based systems in production Strong systems thinking — ability to break down complex problems into structured workflows Interest in how systems: generate high-quality outputs handle ambiguity improve with feedback Experience with agent frameworks, RAG systems, or evaluation pipelines is helpful, but not sufficient on its own. #J-18808-Ljbffr Jobtailor
