Lubricants Blending Technician A day in this role

You arrive to a focused, safety-first environment where formulas guide your work. You stage raw materials, follow blending procedures precisely, take in-process samples, and verify product quality through required tests. Once a batch clears, you transfer finished product to designated storage. Throughout the shift you help inventory tanks and components, tidy and sanitize your work area, and participate in safety meetings and required training.

• Blend products according to established formulas and procedures.
• Pull and analyze samples; complete quality checks as required.
• Move approved blends to the proper storage locations.
• Track and count storage tank levels and raw material stocks.
• Perform routine cleaning and housekeeping in the blending area.
• Engage in safety meetings and complete all assigned training.

Minimum qualifications

High school diploma or GED plus at least one year of experience in a manufacturing setting.
