Central Counties Services is seeking a qualified social services professional to serve as a liaison between families and service providers for ECI programs. You will conduct intake, schedule evaluations, and coordinate IFSP development with a transdisciplinary team while ensuring timely service delivery. Responsibilities include developing child outcomes, documenting progress, and supporting families in navigating the ECI system.
