Locum Interventional Radiologist

Role: Locum Interventional Radiologist responsible for onsite IR and general read duties, with rotating call shifts and holiday coverage. Responsibilities: Perform procedures such as biopsies, drain placements, nephrostomy, gastrostomy, embolizations, IVC filters, fistulagrams with declotting, and biliary and venous interventions. Cover fluoro procedures during day shifts and on-call. Maintain productivity with a minimum of 61 RVUs per shift. Qualifications: Board-certified in Interventional Radiology, completed IR fellowship, and ABR Diagnostic and Interventional Radiology certification. Skills: Proficiency in interventional procedures, general fluoro experience a plus, and familiarity with Powerscribe 1 dictation system. Additional details: Estimated annual volume of 10,238 cases, with rotating holiday coverage. Compensation includes competitive hourly pay, housing, travel, and malpractice insurance with tail coverage.
