Forklift Driver
Location: Visalia, CA
Pay: Starting at $17.00/hour
Are you an experienced forklift operator with strong order picking skills? We are seeking reliable, hardworking individuals to join our warehouse team in Visalia, CA. This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys a fast-paced environment, takes safety seriously, and is committed to delivering accurate, efficient work.
Responsibilities
- Safely operate forklifts to move, load, unload, and transport materials throughout the warehouse.
- Accurately pick and pull orders using pick lists, RF scanners, or warehouse management systems.
- Load and unload trucks while following all safety procedures.
- Stage, organize, and prepare orders for shipping.
- Verify inventory and maintain product accuracy.
- Inspect forklifts and warehouse equipment before use and report any issues.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment.
- Assist with general warehouse duties as needed.
- Follow all company policies and safety regulations.
Qualifications
- Previous forklift experience required.
- Prior order picking experience required.
- Experience using RF scanners preferred.
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and perform physical warehouse tasks.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Dependable attendance and a positive work ethic.
- Commitment to workplace safety and quality standards.
