Responsibilities Develop prospects and sell Shelter products within your agency. Manage client communications and maintain a strong sales presence in the community. Potentially bring on staff to handle general administrative duties and support sales efforts. Meet sufficient sales requirements and core business proficiencies set by the company. Qualifications Motivated attitude and entrepreneurial spirit. Strong communication skills suitable for a sales environment. Previous sales experience and a degree with general business courses are helpful but not required. No prior insurance industry background necessary; training provided.
