Job Summary:

We are a specialized local company that helps families rebuild after disasters like fires and floods. We are seeking a resilient, flexible Contents Restoration & Logistics Specialist to join our small, dedicated team. This is a fully cross-trained, dynamic role. • Field Response: Travel to client homes affected by fire or water damage to carefully inventory, pack, and load contents.
• Logistics & Driving: Operate a standard company delivery vehicle to safely transport items between job sites and our warehouse (No CDL required).
• In-House Processing: Carefully clean, deodorize, pack, and organize restored orders using our warehouse tracking systems.
• Warehouse Maintenance: Keep baseline workspace, racks, and vehicles clean and ready for deployment.

What We Require:

• Absolute Schedule Flexibility: Willingness to work variable day through evening hours and handle 40–45 hour weeks when emergency volume is high.
• A valid standard Driver's License with a clean driving record.
• Empathy & Professionalism: Ability to interact respectfully with homeowners experiencing a crisis.
• Physical stamina to stand, bend, and lift boxes or clothing racks throughout a dynamic shift.

You would have growth potential.
You would be joining a family!
