The Company is in search of a Vice President for its Valuation practice. The successful candidate will be responsible for leading business valuation engagements, from strategic planning to final delivery, and will play a key role in managing project execution, timelines, and quality control to ensure client satisfaction. This leadership position also involves mentoring team members, serving as a subject matter expert, and collaborating with senior leadership to enhance valuation methodologies and best practices. The role requires a professional with a Bachelor's degree in a relevant field, advanced degree preferred, and professional credentials such as CPA, CVA, AVA, AM&AA, or similar. A minimum of 6 years' experience in business valuation, transaction advisory, investment banking, financial consulting, or related disciplines is essential, along with the ability to lead teams, manage client-facing projects, and a strong background in financial analysis, valuation modeling, and project management.
