Job Title: RN Regional Clinical Nurse

As a highly skilled and dedicated RN Regional Clinical Nurse, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring the highest level of clinical excellence and patient satisfaction at our skilled nursing facilities. RN Regional Clinical Nurse Responsibilities:
Provide clinical guidance and support to facility-based nursing staff, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements and organizational policies
Conduct regular clinical audits and quality assessments to identify areas for improvement and implement necessary changes
Develop and maintain relationships with local healthcare providers, physicians, and other stakeholders to ensure seamless transitions and referrals
Collaborate with the regional leadership team to develop and implement effective clinical strategies and initiatives
RN Regional Clinical Nurse Requirements:
Current RN license in the state of Pennsylvania
Prior experience as a registered nurse, with a strong background in clinical nursing and leadership
Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills
Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment with multiple priorities and deadlines
