Our organization in Jacksonville, Florida, is on the lookout for a Hematologist-Oncologist to become a part of our Cancer Medicine Division. This role involves enhancing the provision of innovative treatments for patients dealing with hematological cancers and contributing to our Cellular Therapy Program. The new physician will collaborate with a team of four hematologists and two onco-hospitalists focused on inpatient care. Our advanced cellular therapy and stem cell transplant unit commenced operations in August 2026 at the downtown campus of our medical center.
Your Expertise and BackgroundMust be Board-certified or Board Eligible in Hematology or Medical Oncology.
Experience in cellular therapy, CAR-T, or Stem Cell Transplant is preferred.
Clinical research experience is a plus.
Dedication to a multidisciplinary approach to cancer care is essential.
Alignment with the clinical, research, and scholarly objectives of our program is required.
Eligible candidates will have the opportunity for an adjunct academic appointment at the University of Texas, MD Anderson Cancer Center in Houston.
Qualified individuals may also be considered for leadership roles within the malignant hematology program and the Division of Cancer Medicine, including opportunities in program development, research, and quality improvement.
Our center features a 330,000 square foot, state-of-the-art facility dedicated exclusively to comprehensive oncology care.
