Key Responsibilities:
- Operate advanced computerized tomography equipment to produce high-quality diagnostic images of internal organs and tissues.
- Accurately position patients for targeted scanning of specific body areas.
- Administer radiocontrast agents to enhance image clarity and ensure precise diagnostics.
- Evaluate CT scans for technical quality and accuracy, maintaining the highest standards.
- Explain procedures to patients, offering reassurance and support throughout the process.
- Associate degree in Radiologic Technology from an accredited institution.
- Registered Radiologic Technologist (RT) with the American Registry of Radiologic Technologists (ARRT) , or eligible to test within one year.
- Proficient in x-ray equipment and related technologies.
- Current BLS certification.
