Roles & Responsibilities
- Fabrication, manufacture, assembly, testing, and packaging of medical devices.
- Operating, maintaining, and troubleshooting equipment.
- Conducting quality inspections according to specifications.
- Following SOPs and/or scientific methods.
- Effective communication with coworkers and supervisors.
- Reading, interpreting, and comprehending specifications in English.
- Using basic measurement tools such as microscopes.
- Working flexible and/or extended hours as needed.
- Maintaining good attention to detail and working well in a team environment.
- Willingness to rotate into different tasks and responsibilities.
Experience Required
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Zero (0) to one (1) year of manufacturing assembly experience.
Skills & Certifications
- Effective communication skills.
- Basic math calculations and comprehension of specifications.
- Ability to use basic measurement tools.
- Attention to detail and ability to work in a team.
- Physical ability to stand, walk, and occasionally lift to 50 pounds.
Eligibilities & qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Zero (0) to one (1) year of manufacturing assembly experience.
- Ability to work flexible hours and perform physical tasks.
