Senior Standards Engineer

IQVIA seeks a Senior Standards Engineer to oversee statistical programming quality and integrity across clinical projects. The role requires advanced SAS programming expertise, CDISC standards knowledge, and team leadership capabilities to mentor junior programmers and drive process improvements.
Responsibilities
- Develop and validate complex datasets using SAS programming in compliance with CDISC ADaM and SDTM standards
- Mentor junior programmers and guide their professional development
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize statistical programming processes and efficiency
- Lead initiatives to enhance programming tools and drive innovation in statistical methodologies
- Ensure high-quality departmental deliverables by establishing and enforcing best practices
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Statistics, Computer Science, or related field
- Master's degree in Statistics or Computer Science preferred
- Advanced SAS programming proficiency and CDISC standards expertise
- Demonstrated ability to lead and manage programming teams
- Strong project management and analytical skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication abilities
- Experience maintaining strict confidentiality of sensitive data
Compensation: $98,200-$273,200 base
