Guest Check-in Staff
We are seeking enthusiastic and dedicated Guest Check-in Staff to become an essential part of our team. In this role, you will be the first point of contact for guests arriving at our establishment, making it crucial for you to create a warm and welcoming atmosphere. Your main responsibility will be to assist guests through the check-in process while providing top-notch customer service.
Key Responsibilities
- Greet and welcome guests upon arrival with a friendly demeanor.
- Manage the check-in and check-out processes efficiently and accurately.
- Verify the validity of guest reservations and process payments.
- Answer guest inquiries regarding hotel services, amenities, and local attractions.
- Assist guests with any special requests or accommodations they may need.
- Maintain an organized front desk area and ensure all guest information is up-to-date.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent; additional hospitality or customer service training is a plus.
- Proven experience in a customer service role, preferably in the hospitality industry.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficient in using computer systems and hotel management software.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
