About the role: The Four SeasonsPuerto Ricois seeking a Cook 3 to join our culinary team.Prepare breakfast, lunch, and dinner, food items per guest orderin accordance withproduction requirements and quality standards whilemaintaininga safe, sanitary work environment. What you will do: Complete miseenplace and set-up station for lunch and/or dinnerservice Operates,upholdsandproperly cleanskitchen equipment whilemaintaininga safe, sanitary work environment. Prepare food items according to guest orders of consistent quality following recipe cards, as well as production,portion, and presentation standards; complete misenplace and set-up station for breakfast, lunch, and/or dinner service. Start food items that are prepared ahead of time, making surethey are not preparedbeyond estimated needs. Operate,maintainandproperly cleankitchen equipment, including deep fryer, broiler, stove, steamer, food processor, mixer, slicer, oven, steam table, tilt kettle, waffle iron, andflat topgrill. What you will bring: Minimum twoyearsculinary or related work experience. Intermediate culinary knowledge is expected for this position. Working knowledge isgenerally learnedon-the-job. High school education, cooking school or culinary institute education or equivalent experience. Ability to stand for extended periods Strong knowledge of health codes and full understanding of all knife cuts Ability tooperate, maintain andproperly cleandeep fryer, broiler, stove, steamer, food processor, mixer, slicer, oven, steam table, tilt kettle, waffle iron, flat top grill..
