Lab Technician I - Column Packing

Position Overview Lab Technician I – Column Packing, located in Torrance, CA. Reports to the Production Manager and is part of the Production Operations Department. On‑site role. Responsibilities Proficiently pack different solvents into column hardware in one of the primary packing labs. Follow written instructions (SOP) for all critical processes. Prepare packing solvents and slurry solvents according to written instructions. Essential Requirements High School diploma or GED. Analytical thinking, problem solving, and strong attention to detail. Preferred Experience Experience working accurately and free of errors or defects. Strong organizational skills with the ability to plan and assign resources in a detailed fashion. Compensation and Benefits The hourly rate ranges from $25 to $27. Eligible for bonus/incentive pay. Benefits include paid time off, medical/dental/vision insurance, and a 401(k) plan for eligible employees.
