Work Schedule: 8 hours/day (Mon-Fri).
Location: Baltimore, Hackensack, New York City, or Wilmington
Seeking a Corporate Paralegal to join our client's Baltimore, Hackensack, New York City, or Wilmington Offices to assist attorneys with corporate matters and transactions. Candidates must possess 5+ years of experience in governance, business planning, financial and transactional practice. In addition, they must be highly organized and possess the ability to prioritize, be a team player, and have excellent written and verbal skills. Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Word and Excel preferred. College degree and/or paralegal certificate required. We offer a competitive starting salary and comprehensive benefits package. Salary is commensurate with experience.
