Automotive Shipping/Receiving Clerk - Flow BMW of Winston Salem

Flow BMW of Winston Salem is seeking a shipping/receiving clerk. We are looking for a dependable and organized candidate with a desire for a career in the automotive industry. This position is responsible for receiving incoming parts and shipments, verifying inventory, stocking merchandise, and ensuring accurate documentation of all incoming and outgoing products. The ideal candidate is detail oriented, works well in a fast-paced environment, and takes pride in keeping operations running smoothly. Interested candidates are asked to apply to this listing. Relevant experience is required.Duties include but are not limited to:Comparing product numbers to the packing lists to ensure that the products in each order match the packing listChecking in and receiving the orders in the morning, organizing special orders into wholesale/retail/online and assisting the parts counter people when needed.Assure no damaged items are sent or receivedPreparing product for shipmentLearning to use our shipping software, inventory scanning system, and order processing systemHandling issues that arise in shipping and inventory handlingMaintaining product inventory in the correct locations after receiving incoming productPreparing product for return to the manufacturerEnsuring adherence to Hazmat regulationsWe provide ongoing training and future career opportunities to those willing to contribute the effort and time.
