We're looking for a flexible, experienced Bartender/Server who is available for evening, weekend, and brunch shifts. The ideal candidate demonstrates strong leadership skills and is interested in being trained to occasionally support the restaurant as a shift supervisor.

As a Part Time Bartender / Hourly Supervisor Hybrid at The Howe Daily Kitchen & Bar, your days will center around delivering outstanding hospitality while helping lead a high-energy front-of-house team. Behind the bar, you'll create quality cocktails, provide knowledgeable beverage recommendations, and build lasting connections with guests in a lively and welcoming atmosphere.

In your supervisory role, you'll lead by example, helping coordinate shifts, supporting staff development, and ensuring smooth day-to-day operations. You'll assist in maintaining service standards, addressing guest concerns professionally, and fostering a positive team environment built on collaboration and accountability.

You'll also work closely with both front- and back-of-house teams to ensure efficient service, excellent communication, and a consistently great guest experience. Every shift offers new opportunities to showcase your leadership, hospitality skills, and passion for the industry.

Requirements for this Bartender / Server Hybrid role

To succeed in this role, you'll need strong communication and interpersonal skills, along with the ability to stay organized and composed in a fast-paced environment. Previous bartending and hospitality experience is preferred, and leadership experience is a plus.
