Retail Operations Manager

In this role, you will oversee daily operations, staffing, merchandising, and financial performance across assigned outlets, ensuring exceptional customer service and strict food safety compliance. You will manage budgets, inventory, and labor, analyze sales trends, and implement initiatives to grow revenue and margin. Partnering closely with clients and Sodexo leaders, you’ll foster a culture of safety, inclusivity, and teamwork while developing frontline staff through coaching and training.
