Role Description The Psychotherapist will provide individual, couples, and family therapy to clients presenting with a range of emotional, behavioral, and relational concerns. Day-to-day responsibilities include conducting biopsychosocial assessments, developing and implementing treatment plans, delivering evidence-based interventions, and documenting sessions in accordance with clinical and regulatory standards. The role involves coordinating care with other medical and mental health professionals as needed, maintaining appropriate case notes, and participating in case consultations or supervision. This is a contract position with a hybrid work arrangement, based in Newtown Square, PA, allowing for limited in-office sessions and primarily work-from-home telehealth services, subject to practice guidelines and client needs. Qualifications Strong foundation in Counseling Strategies and Mental Health, including diagnostic assessment and evidence-based therapeutic approaches. Demonstrated skills in indicidual, coules, family and groupn Counseling to support individuals, couples, and families in need. Knowledge of Medicine as it relates to mental health, including psychopharmacology awareness and collaboration with medical providers. Master's or doctoral degree in counseling, psychology, social work, or a related field from an accredited institution. Current, unrestricted licensure or eligibility for licensure in Pennsylvania (e.g., LSW, LPC, LCSW, LMFT, Psychologist). Experience providing psychotherapy in outpatient or similar clinical settings, including telehealth services. Commitment to ethical, culturally responsive, and trauma-informed care, with strong interpersonal and communication skills.
