Wrestling Coach ~ Assistant ~ Boys

Overview As an Assistant Wrestling Coach, you will support the head coach in inspiring, motivating, and guiding students while helping to oversee all aspects of the wrestling program. Extra-curricular activities are a vital extension of the student experience, fostering growth in skill development, positive character traits, and meaningful relationships. Compensation Minimum Stipend Offered: $4,387 Key Responsibilities Assist in developing and implementing practice schedules, strategies, and event planning. Support the instruction of wrestling-specific skills and techniques to student-athletes. Promote teamwork, sportsmanship, and positive character traits. Collaborate with the head coach and other staff to ensure a cohesive and effective program. Help build strong, supportive relationships with students, staff, and the community. Job Requirements Completion of at least 60 college credit hours prior to coaching.
