Starting Pay: $16
General Purpose: Our team of production workers work together to package and assemble finished products.
Essential Job Functions:
- Load/unload products from feeder
- Pack finished product into sleeves
- Review product for quality
- Make boxes and load skids
- Maintain clean work environment
Qualifications:
- High School diploma or G.E.D.
- Ability to work successfully in a team environment
- Ability to learn and follow safety rules, policies, and operating procedures
- Ability to communicate effectively with others
- Ability to work overtime as needed; overtime may be required during busy periods
- Ability to perform all essential functions of this job with or without reasonable accommodation
- Must be committed to maintaining a safe work environment, identify hazards, familiarize with safety rules, and/or have the ability to work safely with specific tools or materials.
The starting rate is $16 per hour, depending on your role, level, and location. The benefits for this role may include short-term bonus incentive, health, dental and vision insurance, flexible spending accounts or health savings accounts, retirement savings plans, life and disability insurance programs, and paid sick leave as required by applicable state/local law, 10 days of paid vacation, and 11 days of paid holidays, subject to annual change. Your actual pay will be based on your work location and other factors, such as your skills, experience, and education.
