We are seeking a skilled Sheet Metal Installer to fabricate, install, and repair ductwork and components for HVAC systems. This role involves working from blueprints and work orders, selecting appropriate materials, and measuring, cutting, and assembling sheet metal to specifications. Candidates should be detail-oriented, safety-focused, and committed to delivering quality work while coordinating effectively with other teams. 

$18 - $30 hourly DOE

• Install, alter, and repair sheet metal products and equipment, ducts, and hoods for HVAC systems. 
• Utilizing blueprints, drawings, and work orders.  
• Selects appropriate material for each job based on desired or necessary strength.  
• Coordinates required shutdowns and startups of equipment with other departments after sheet metal installation.  
• Measures, cuts, and welds pieces together according to specifications, blueprints, or directions.  
• Inspect products for compliance with specifications and quality standards and requirements.  
• This position is safety sensitive. 

• Proven experience in HVAC installation or service, or similar industries. 
• Strong ability to read blueprints and schematics to understand product specifications.  
• Safely operate machinery and tools involved in sheet metal work.  
• Complete sheet metal projects with accuracy and precision.  
• Must be able to perform manual and repetitive tasks, including bending, heavy lifting, climbing, and standing for long periods of time. 
• Must be able to travel and work weekends when needed to meet customer needs. 
• Ability to communicate effectively with clients and coworkers.  
• Class E driver's license is required for use of company vehicles. 
• OSHA 10 is highly preferred and will be required within the first 60 days of employment.
