Candidate Pay Rate: $75 - $52.5 per hour

Roles & Responsibilities

• Evaluate patients and craft personalized outpatient physical therapy plans
• Deliver evidence-based interventions to boost strength, mobility, and balance
• Apply manual therapy, therapeutic exercise, and neuromuscular re-education techniques
• Monitor progress and fine-tune treatment plans for optimal outcomes
• Educate patients on home exercise programs and injury prevention
• Collaborate with healthcare providers to ensure seamless, coordinated care
• Maintain accurate documentation to uphold clinic standards

Qualifications

• Active Physical Therapist (PT) license in Arizona (or compact privilege)
• Doctor of Physical Therapy (DPT) or equivalent degree from an accredited program
• CPR/BLS certification (if required by clinic)
• Outpatient experience is a plus but not required - we welcome new grads too
• Strong communication and clinical reasoning skills

Education

• Doctor of Physical Therapy (DPT) or equivalent degree from an accredited program

• Physical therapy evaluation and treatment planning
• Manual therapy and therapeutic exercise
• Neuromuscular re-education and patient education
• Clinical documentation and rehabilitation techniques
• Collaboration and interdisciplinary communication
