Key Responsibilities:

• Support Settlements team and Legacy Client operations.
• Process and approve Fedwire transactions.
• Perform reconciliations, balancing, and DCI balancing activities.
• Handle miscellaneous credits and payment-related operations.
• Process liens, levies, garnishments, and court-ordered account holds.
• Support cheque processing, invoicing, and remittance activities.

Required Skills & Experience:

• Experience in Payments, Settlements, or Banking Operations.
• Preferred experience with Garnishments, Liens, and Levies.
• Proficiency in MS Excel and/or Sheets.
• Strong attention to detail with a zero-error mindset.
• Excellent communication skills.

Salary and Other Compensation: The annual salary for this position is between $90,000 – $100,000 annually. Factors which may affect pay within this range may include geography/market, skills, education, experience and other qualifications of the successful candidate.
