Applicants must: Be able to consistently arrive by 3:00 AM Have reliable transportation Be available on weekends and holidays as business needs require Be dependable and punctualour morning team depends on you What You'll Do As a Production Baker, you'll be responsible for preparing all bakery products according to Dunkin' operational and brand standards before the restaurant opens. Responsibilities include: Prepare donuts, bagels, muffins, croissants, and other bakery products Follow all Dunkin' baking procedures and production schedules Ensure products meet appearance, freshness, and quality standards Maintain accurate production levels to minimize waste Properly rotate and store inventory using FIFO procedures Maintain a clean, organized, and food-safe production area Follow all food safety and sanitation guidelines Assist with deliveries, stocking, and inventory as needed Support restaurant operations when production is complete What We're Looking For We're seeking someone who: Takes pride in producing quality products Is dependable and shows up on timeevery time Works efficiently with minimal supervision Pays close attention to detail Maintains a clean and organized workspace Thrives in a fast-paced environment Works well as part of a team Qualifications Bakery or food service experience is a plus, but not required Ability to stand for extended periods Ability to lift up to 50 pounds Comfortable working in a warm kitchen environment Reliable transportation is required due to the 3:00 AM start time Success in This Role Looks Like Every product is fresh, consistent, and guest-ready Production is completed on schedule Brand standards are met every day The restaurant is fully stocked before the morning rush Guests receive the quality they've come to expect from Dunkin' Ready to Join Our Team?
