Home Health Physical Therapist AssistantLocation: East Portland, OR / Clark County, WA and Surrounding AreasAssignment Duration: This is a 13-week contract position.Schedule: Day shift, 5x8-hour schedule (08:00 - 16:30). Note: This facility cannot accommodate 4x10s or 3x12s.Job Description: The Home Health Physical Therapist Assistant will provide therapeutic services to patients in their homes, contributing to their rehabilitation and recovery. You will be responsible for following treatment plans established by licensed Physical Therapists, helping patients to improve mobility, manage pain, and enhance their overall quality of life.ResponsibilitiesAssist patients with exercises and therapeutic activities as outlined in their treatment plans.Monitor patient progress and report changes to supervising Physical Therapist.Educate patients and family members about treatment plans and home exercises.Conduct assessments of patients' progress and make modifications as needed.Maintain accurate and current patient records and documentation in accordance with agency policies.Required Experience / Certifications / Licensure1 year of skilled home health experience required.BCLS certification required.OR / WA licensure required; pending licenses accepted.Why ARMStaffing?At ARMStaffing, we take care of our employees!
