Your attention to detail, empathy, and commitment to helping people will make you an excellent fit. In this role, you will focus on resolving customer inquiries, assisting with policy-related needs, coordinating with agency team members, and ensuring the community members you serve receive timely and accurate assistance. There are opportunities for growth within the agency for dedicated and motivated team members.ResponsibilitiesRespond promptly to customer inquiries and provide clear policy information.Assist customers with updating and managing their insurance policies.Support customers through the claims process, including follow-up communications.Maintain accurate and organized records of all customer interactions.QualificationsExcellent communication and interpersonal skills.Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask effectively.Previous experience in customer service is preferred.Compensation: $40,000.00 - $50,000.00 per year
