Job Description

Position Overview:
As a Registered Dental Hygienist at Mission Family Dentistry, you will play a crucial role in our practice by providing comprehensive oral hygiene care to our patients. You will work closely with our dentists and support staff to ensure a positive patient experience and maintain the highest standards of dental care. This is a full-time position, offering a rewarding opportunity to grow and develop your career in a supportive and collaborative environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct thorough oral examinations and assessments of patients’ dental health.
- Perform dental cleanings, scaling, and root planing procedures.
- Take and develop dental X-rays.
- Educate patients on oral hygiene practices, preventive care, and post-treatment instructions.
- Assist in the management of dental emergencies and provide appropriate care.
- Maintain accurate and detailed patient records and treatment plans.
- Collaborate with the dental team to ensure comprehensive patient care.
- Stay informed about the latest advancements in dental hygiene and participate in continuing education opportunities.
- Adhere to all safety and infection control protocols.

Friday, 7:00 a.m. – 2:00 p.m.
