Job Summary

In this role, you will help with general labor tasks such as lifting materials, picking up deceased animals, cardboard, recyclables, and other materials from local businesses, and assisting at the main recycling center. You may also spray wash scales and complete other duties as assigned. The work environment includes outdoor conditions and different types of weather. A strong fit is someone who works quickly and safely, follows directions, and stays focused on completing tasks. Team members who bring a positive attitude, steady work ethic, and willingness to help where needed can succeed in this position.

• Compensation: $13 per hour

• Job Site Location: Lovington, New Mexico

• Shift: Day Shift, 08:00 am to 06:00 pm

  8 Days on/ 6 off

• Employment Type: Temp Job

• Anticipated Start Date: ASAP

• Weekly Pay

• Supportive staffing team throughout your assignment

• Able to lift and move materials as needed

• Able to complete assigned tasks quickly and safely

• Comfortable picking up deceased animals, cardboard, recyclables, and other materials from local businesses

• Able to spray wash scales and assist with cleanup tasks

• Able to help at the main recycling center and perform other assigned duties

• Able to work in different types of weather

• Dependable, punctual, and able to follow instructions

• Ability to stand, bend, squat, and lift up to 40 pounds

• Comfortable climbing tall ladders and working at elevated levels

• Positive attitude and strong work ethic

• Able to work independently or as an active member of a team

• Excellent interpersonal skills and communication with all levels of management

• Previous general labor, recycling, sanitation, warehouse, or outdoor work experience is a plus
