Rocky Ridge RV & Offroad is seeking an experienced, motivated, and customer-focused Service Director to lead our growing service department in Idabel, Oklahoma. This leadership position is responsible for overseeing all aspects of the service operation, including technicians, service advisors, workflow, profitability, customer satisfaction, warranty administration, and team development. $80,000 – $150,000 per year, based on experience, qualifications, and proven performance.
Competitive base salary plus performance-based incentives tied to departmental profitability. Key Responsibilities
Lead and manage all daily operations of the service department.
Recruit, train, coach, and develop service technicians and advisors.
Establish performance goals and hold team members accountable for results.
Maximize technician productivity and shop efficiency.
Monitor department profitability, labor sales, and key performance indicators (KPIs).
Ensure outstanding customer service from check-in through delivery.
Maintain high standards for quality control and completed repairs.
Oversee warranty claim processing and manufacturer compliance.
Coordinate scheduling to optimize shop capacity and turnaround times.
Maintain a clean, organized, and safe service facility.
Collaborate with the Parts, Sales, and Management teams to ensure seamless customer experiences.
Resolve customer concerns professionally and effectively.
Stay current on manufacturer training, service bulletins, and industry best practices. Qualifications
5+ years of leadership experience in an RV, off-road, powersports, automotive, marine, or heavy equipment service department.
Proven success managing technicians and service operations.
Strong understanding of service department financials and profitability.
Excellent leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
Experience with dealership management systems (DMS) preferred.
Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
Strong problem-solving and conflict-resolution skills.
Valid driver’s license with an acceptable driving record.
Preferred Experience
RV dealership service management.
Off-road or powersports dealership service management.
Warranty administration.
Shop scheduling and workflow optimization.
