Telesales Representative | $37/hr Remote

- Simulate outbound sales calls with prospective customers to generate realistic AI training data.
- Demonstrate strong rapport-building, objection handling, and persuasive communication techniques.
- Structure and document customer interactions accurately for AI model training and evaluation.
- Contribute to the creation and refinement of outreach scripts, prompts, and messaging frameworks.
- Analyze AI-generated sales responses and provide feedback to improve tone, clarity, and conversion effectiveness.
- Collaborate with AI, product, and data teams to enhance outreach strategies and model performance.
Requirements
- Strong experience of proven telemarketing, preferably in a remote environment.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills with a professional tone.
- Strong active listening and interpersonal skills to understand customer needs quickly.
- Ability to work independently as well as within distributed teams.
- High attention to detail in documentation and follow-ups.
- Proficiency with CRM systems and digital communication tools.
- Goal-oriented mindset with resilience and a strong drive for results.
