P  General Manager — Lead the Standard

Salary: $65,000 – $85,000 / year

(Based on experience, energy, and leadership demonstrated on the job)

With 10 locations across Oklahoma City, Tulsa, and Northwest Arkansas — and 3 new openings in the last year — we’re looking for driven leaders ready to make an impact.

Responsibilities:

• Manage day-to-day operations of the cafe
• Ensure high-quality food and service standards are met
• Train and develop team members
• Create and implement effective marketing strategies
• Monitor inventory and order supplies as needed

Requirements:

• Prior experience in a managerial role
• Strong leadership and communication skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Passion for delivering excellent customer service
