Licensed Behavioral Health Clinician - Intensive Mobile Treatment

VNS Health seeks a Licensed Behavioral Health Clinician for its Intensive Mobile Treatment team serving adults in New York City. In this field-based role, you will provide comprehensive mental health assessments, evidence-based counseling, and crisis intervention directly in clients’ homes and community settings. You will develop individualized treatment and recovery plans, coordinate with psychiatrists and community providers, and engage families and caregivers to support stability. Working within a collaborative, mission-driven team, you will document care in the EHR, ensure regulatory compliance, and help high-need clients remain safely in the community while advancing your clinical skills and career growth at VNS Health.
