• Location: Sherwood, OR
• Starting Pay: $24.00 – $29.00+/hr. (based on experience)
• Schedule: Mon–Fri | 6:00 AM – 2:30 PM OR Mon–Thurs | 6:00 AM – 4:30 PM (OT Fridays)

What you’ll do:

• Set up and run CNC lathes and VMC machines
• Machine primarily mild steel , with some aluminum, weldments, and cast iron
• Perform 3-axis machining on short-run parts (high mix, low volume environment)
• Work with large components using jib and overhead cranes
• Handle precision tooling, fixturing, and machine offsets
• Read and interpret blueprints and GD&T

✅ What you bring:

• 1-3 years CNC experience or trade school training
• Experience performing setup and operation skills (mills + lathes)
• Experience in 3-axis machining and short-run production
• Comfortable working with jib and overhead cranes for large parts
• Proficiency with precision measuring tools (micrometers, calipers, height gauges, etc.)
• Working knowledge of Fanuc and Haas controls
• High attention to detail and craftsmanship
