Outpatient only " no inpatient duties

$100K"$120K signing bonus (select applicants)

Responsibilities
\n- \n
- \n
Provide comprehensive primary care for patients of all ages
\n - \n
Manage chronic conditions, wellness exams, and same-day visits
\n - \n
Collaborate within an integrated care team and refer to specialists as needed
\n - \n
Participate in quality improvement and care coordination activities
\n
Qualifications
\n- \n
- \n
MD or DO with California license and DEA registration
\n - \n
Board Certified or Eligible in Family Medicine or Internal Medicine
\n - \n
BLS certification; 3"5 years experience or completion of residency
\n - \n
Spanish language skills a plus; EPIC experience preferred
\n
